Set up camp directly on the lake shore, the lake lies quietly there in the morning, not a sound can be heard, a whole lake for you alone – fishing at Lake Turnersee is a unique and exclusive experience reserved only for our guests.
The Turnersee has a water surface of 42.5 hectares and a depth of 13 metres. Lake Turnersee has been designated a European nature reserve for several years. The lake is owned by the association Kärntner Grenzland, the Ilsenhof has the sole fishing rights for the fish water. Fishing is permitted by boat on the entire lake, only at bathing entrances and jetties is fishing not permitted.
The fish stock consists of pike, catfish, carp, tench, perch and bream. All the usual baits are allowed for peaceful fish, fishing with live bait is prohibited!
